Currently we ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and North America. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped using tracked delivery services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Within the United Kingdom, standard shipping costs £3.49 and is free on orders over £60. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and the estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days.

For the European Union, international tracked shipping costs £12.99, with free shipping on orders over £90. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and the estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days. For shipments to the European Union we use the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. VAT is already included in the product price, meaning no additional VAT, customs duties or import fees will be charged upon delivery.

For North America, international tracked shipping costs $29.99, with free shipping on orders over $120. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days. Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the United States or other destinations outside the United Kingdom are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipment at every stage of delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.
