Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Items must be in resalable condition

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.


How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
the refund will be processed to your original payment method
refunds are issued excluding original shipping costs

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.


Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We do not cover return shipping costs for international orders


International Orders (EU & USA)

For international orders:
customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable
any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs clearance.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number
clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
